Quilt Show Prep
How I prepare for the quilt show booth…
design quilts, write and print patterns
design templates and get them manufactured
order merchandise to use with the patterns
package merchandise and template
order more of my books
buy poles, clamps, table covers and hanging supplies
clean tables, polish poles and find folding chairs
pack up patterns, books, merchandise, and supplies
lay out quilts and samples, add sleeves to those needed
collect basket and bins to display all of above mentioned products
get change fund, cc processor and sign up lists organized
print signs for all of the quilts to be hung in the booth
bribe a few really good friends to help with the booth staffing
select and pack all items needed for demos
refer to checklist multiple time to make sure nothing is overlooked
get really creative to find a way to get all of the above mentioned stuff into one truck and one SUV

call some friends
wear comfortable shoes
